Tips for Writing Helpful Feedback
Clear feedback makes the process faster. Here are a few quick guidelines:
| Instead of | Try Saying |
| “Can we fix this section?” | “Change the headline in the hero section to: ‘Your Partner in Quality Manufacturing.’” |
| “Can we update these photos?” | “Replace the 3 images in the ‘Our Work’ section with the files attached below.” |
| “Something looks weird here.” | “Spacing feels large between header and text. Can we reduce the margin by ~50%?” |
If you’re unsure how to describe something, no worries—just leave the note where it goes. The location tagging helps us understand what you mean.
How Our Team Reviews Your Feedback
Once your comments are submitted:
- They appear in our project workspace (Asana).
- We review, prioritize, and assign them to our developers and designers.
- We’ll notify you if anything requires clarification.
- Changes are made in batches and then reviewed together before launch.
This keeps the revision process structured and efficient.

Can multiple people leave comments?
Yes—just share the same link with your internal team. Each comment will be labeled by the person who submitted it.
Should I still email feedback?
